Applications for 20, 40, 50, 70, 80 and 100 Cowdray Ct. received Scarborough Community Council’s preliminary approval on March 19. Five apartment towers of 18 to 40 storeys, totalling 2,319 units, and 32,691 square metres of office space, would replace Cowdray’s existing buildings.

A community meeting on the proposed road and applications for Cowdray and 2075 Kennedy Rd. will be held on May 9, 2019 (Thursday) at Scarborough Civic Centre.
